bz880's commitment to responsible gaming
bz880 believes that entertainment should always stay within safe boundaries. Our responsible gaming policy is committed to keeping you protected and happy.
Why responsible gaming matters
Online betting and casino gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but only when done in moderation and with awareness. bz880 always wants our players to have fun while staying safe. That is why we make no compromises on responsible gaming.
Gambling or betting should never be used as a solution to financial problems. It is purely a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. bz880 provides several important tools and guidelines to ensure your safety. Building a culture of responsible gaming on our platform is one of our highest priorities.
If you feel that betting is having a negative effect on your daily life, relationships or financial situation, please read the guidelines below carefully and seek help from our support team. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat is always by your side.
Our protection tools
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit each day, each week or each month. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Setting a limit makes it easier to protect yourself from overspending.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days and give yourself time to reset.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Once this step is taken, your account will be completely closed for a set period of time and cannot be reopened during that period.
Bet Limit Setting
Decide in advance how much money you will wager in each betting session. Once you reach that limit, the system will automatically alert you, helping you avoid excessive play.
Activity History
View your complete betting and transaction history at any time. How long you played, how much you deposited and how much you withdrew — this transparency is the foundation of responsible gaming.
24/7 Bengali Support
If betting has become a problem for you, contact our live chat today. Our Bengali-speaking support team is ready to help you seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
For ages 21+ only
The minimum age to open an account and place bets at bz880 is 21. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. We enforce this rule through an age verification process. Use parental control software to keep younger family members away from our platform.
Core principles of healthy gaming
Responsible gaming starts with a few simple but important habits. Always keep the following in mind:
- Think of betting as a source of enjoyment, not a source of income.
- Set a budget in advance and do not go beyond it.
- Avoid placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost.
- Do not bet when you are drinking or feeling mentally distressed.
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other hobbies and activities.
- Always make spending time with family and friends a priority.
- Before playing, log in and activate your deposit limit and session limit.
How to recognize warning signs
If any of the signs below appear in your behavior, it is time to seek help. These are not signs of weakness — they are signs of self-awareness:
Returning to play again and again to try to recover lost money.
Being unable to stop betting or losing control.
Hiding your betting from family and friends.
Borrowing money or depleting your savings for betting.
